Three Nigerians Got Political Positions In Canada

Two Nigerians living in Canada were been appointed to the cabinet of the government of Alberta. Another Nigerian also won a Councillor election in Kitchener, Ontario. Minister Kaycee Madu and Akolisa Ufodike were appointed by Danielle Smith, the premier of Alberta. Mr Madu, who was formerly Alberta’s Justice Minister, moved to the Ministry of Labour and Immigration and Deputy Premier and Minister of Skilled Trades and Professions. Ayo Owodunni became the first Black person to become a City Councillor in Kitchener, Ontario.
