We are delighted to share that we have received a congratulatory letter from Doug Ford, the Premier of Ontario, acknowledging our efforts as we prepare for the much-anticipated 2025 Edo Language Day program in Toronto. This event promises to be a vibrant celebration of Edo language and culture, uniting community members, educators, and cultural enthusiasts. On behalf of the Edo community in Toronto, I extend our heartfelt gratitude to Premier Doug for his support.
The 2025 Edo Language Day event is scheduled for August 9th at 1:00pm – 5:00 pm at Etobicoke Civic Centre in Toronto. Admission is free! The worldwide ceremony will take place (virtually and in-person) on August 13th, 2025 at OISE, University of Toronto.
